FORBES NAMES Ramin Niroumand OFFinLeap FROM Germany TO ITS SECONDANNUAL 30 UNDER 30 EUROPE LIST#ForbesU30Europe
The jury chose Ramin because of his industry expertise and achievements in the financial
sector. Ramin Niroumand co-founded FinLeap, Europe’s first Fintech company builder, in
2014. Every year, FinLeap launches between four and six ventures, becoming active in ten
countries and doubling its team from 150 to 350+ employees. Bringing with him experience in
consulting of over 20 international banks, at FinLeap, Ramin is responsible for strategic
management, business development and general shareholder activities. He acts as an advisor
and sparring partner for FinLeap’s numerous founding teams. Prior to FinLeap, Ramin was
Innovation Manager at DKB Deutsche Kredibank AG. He holds a degree in Economics and was
named as one of Deloitte Consulting’s youngest Senior Consultants at the age of 24.
The Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list covers 10 categories – Arts, Entertainment, Finance,
Industry, Media, Policy, Retail & Ecommerce, Science & Healthcare, Social Entrepreneurs and
Technology – with each of the honorees vetted by a panel of expert judges in their respective
fields.

The criteria for honorees making the list included leadership and disruption in their field;

Carta TV;
· Policy: Josef Janning of European Council on Foreign Relations, Richard Youngs of
Carnegie, Endowment Europe, and Brigid Laffan of European University Institute;
· Retail: Amber Atherton of My Flash Trash and Dharmash Mistry of blow LTD;
· Science: Barbara Prainsack of King’s College London, Jason Levine of IT and Clinical
