2019 is here and we couldn’t be more excited! I have always said, the bigger we grow the
more challenges we will face and overcome. Every next level in life demands a new, better
version of yourself. To get to the next level in 2019 expect to be stretched into a better
version of yourself. Life isn't what happens to you, it is how you react to it. I want you to
remember these words throughout the year as challenges arise, and celebrate every

FITTEAM has mailed all 2018 1099 Forms.
Not sure what that is or if you will be
receiving one? A 1099 Form is an IRS
form that reports income from self-
employment earnings, interest and
dividends, government payments and
more. As a FITTEAM Brand Partner your
1099 represents “self-employment
earning” also known as the commissions
which have been paid/received by
FITTTEAM. A 1099 Form is needed to file
taxes for any Brand Partner who has
earned more than 600 dollars in
commissioned income.
If you have not received your 1099 Form
by February 28th, please contact
FITTEAM Customer Service at
Please be advised, moving forward
the new Enhanced Virtual O�ce
(EVO) will handle all 2019 tax
reporting.
Remember your Government ID
(SSN) can be submitted through
your EVO portal under “My
Accounts”. For anyone who does not
complete this action and earns
more than 600 dollars in
