العفو تحب عفو انك اللهمعني فاعف

'O Allah, You are The Forgiver, You Love Forgiveness, so Forgive me'.

Turn away from a sin, Misdeed and, Ignore.

الساعة وان بالحق اال بينهما وما واالرض السماوات خلقنا وماالجميل الصفح فاصفح التية

And We have not created the heavens and earth and that between them except in truth. And indeed, the Hour is coming; so forgive with gracious forgiveness.

اذى يتبعها صدقة من خير ومغفرة معروف قولحليم غني والله

Kind speech and forgiveness are better than charity followed by injury. And Allah is Free of need and Forbearing.

IHSAN (FORGIVENESS)Forgiveness from God there are three requirements:

Recognizing the offense itself and its admission before God.

Making a commitment not to repeat the offense.Asking for forgiveness from God.

In Quran Allah Pak says that “Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and efface our bad deeds and take our souls in the company of the righteous.” (Quran, 3:193)

IHSAN (FORGIVENESS)•Managers can perform their tasks, related to subordinates, aptly with high level of Ihsan such as training and development, behavior with employee and their involvement in job. Besides, encourage employees to participate in decision making.

IHSAN (FORGIVENESS)Anger management;

Anger Management is training for temper control and developing the skill of remaining calm and composed.Goal;

The ideal goal of anger management is to control and regulate anger so that it does not result in problems.

Forgiveness is a tool to turn anger off.
