2- 9 Forgot Username or Password
If you have forgotten the password or username you
created to access the R3® system, you can use the I
Forgot My Username or Password link to have your
username or a new, temporary password sent via your e-
mail account on file with NRMP.
Forgot Password:
1. On the Login screen, click the “I forgot my Username or
Password” link.

2. Enter your Username in the applicable field. Note: The
username is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as
initially entered during registration.

4. Answer the security questions you selected during
registration. Answers are case-sensitive and must be
entered exactly as initially entered.
a. If your answers to the security questions are
invalid, contact the NRMP Help Desk at 866-
653-6767 for further assistance.
5. Click Reset Password.

Forgot Password continued:
6. Enter a new password. Your password must:
a. Be alphanumeric
b. Contain at least 8 characters
3 characters must be an uppercase
letter, lowercase letter, a number, or
special character (#!$%)
7. Re-enter the new password.
8. Click Set Password.

9. The Success pop-up confirms your password has
been reset.
10. Click Ok.
a. The R3® Login screen will display. Enter your username and new password to continue.

Forgot Username:
1. In the Forgot Username section, enter your email address
in the appropriate field.
