    of sizes 195.35m x 235.58m x

    29.70m and 262.0m x 133.93m x

    27m.

    This proposal is submitted for one time expansion of Coal Mine for production of coal

    from 0.30 MTPA to 0.333 MTPA (Normative) and 0.42 MTPA (Peak) i.e. 11% vide OM

    Dated J-11015-30-2004-IA.II (M) Dated 28.07.2014 & Dated 11.08.2014.

    I hereby give an undertaking that the data and information given in the application and

    enclosures are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and I am aware that if any

    part of the data and information submitted is found to be false or misleading at any

    stage, the project will be rejected and clearance give, if any to the project will be

    revoked at our risk and cost.
