INTRODUCTION
FORM™ is a collection of standard prefabricated products that can
be configured and combined to create a unique look and space.
Create headwalls, sidewalls, and footwalls that meet the aesthetic
goals and are extremely efficient in the clinical zones of the space.
Use this Form Design Guide to mix and match the different module
options in the collection.
The Form collection is composed of a heavy-gauge steel frame
that mounts to the face of the wall partition. Form headwalls,
sidewalls and footwalls can include medical services such as
medical gasses, electrical outlets, lighting, low-voltage devices,
and other clinical resources. Form includes upper and lower
cabinets, integrated ADA countertops, stainless steel sinks, water
faucets, recessed horizontal channels, art glass, and removable 3D
laminated panels.
