Particulars of the Information Required related to PNGRB related approvals for offtake of gas from Saleof Natural Gas from isolated/Stranded/Small Gas Fields directly by the Upstream Producer.

(Ref: GSPCtender for sale of natural gas from Tarapur Field of Block CB-ON/2 for 10,000 SCMD)

1. As per PNGRBAct and Regulations, is the Upstream Producer (Gas Supplier) responsible to verify thestatus of the approvals by PNGRBfor the gas offtake arrangements before entering into a Gas SupplyAgreement with any entity?

2. Does an entity require to take PNGRBapproval for laying dedicated gas pipeline from any small gasfields to their industrial units?

3. Can the entity lay dedicated I'VlDPEor Steel pipeline for such offtake of gas as per T4S Regu!ations?4. Can a successful bidder offtake the gas from such small fields through any prior existing dedicated gas

pipeline laid by any other industry (Third Party) but not declared as a common carrier with PNGRB?Ifyes, does the bidder require to take any PNGRBapproval?

5. If any successful bidder, evacuates the gas through any gas pipelines laid by a third party and is not acommon-carrier, can the third party charge any network tariff on this pipeline usage?

6. Can an upstream producer supply gas to an entity which does not have requisite PNGRBapproval forgas offta ke from such fields?
