When requesting access to organizations outside of South Central Region, you are required to submit a justification memorandum, which will be forwarded through an interagency request. The memorandum must be signed by the user’s supervisor or a trusted agent and must accompany a SANAR at the time of the request. The memorandum must include the following elements at a minimum:
