What is the easiest and most fun way to get around the campground? Rent an electric cart at the Outpost, and have fun touring and quickly getting around to all the fun spots. See cart rental info on other side.

Where do I catch the boat to the Magic Kingdom® Park? Boat transportation to the Magic Kingdom® Park is located at the Marina. Transportation begins 1⁄2 hour prior to Park opening and continues through the Park’s closing.

Where can I rent boats or bikes? Boat rentals for Sea Raycer by Sea Ray® boats and Sun Tracker pontoon boats are available at the Marina next to the Settlement Trading Post. Touch 7-2757 or call 407-824-2757. Bikes, canoes, and kayaks are available at the Bike Barn. Touch 7-2932 or 407-824-2932. Operating hours vary depending on the season.

Can I park at Pioneer Hall? There is no parking at Pioneer Hall. Fort Wilderness provides bus transportation to Pioneer Hall where you may purchase tickets, dine and take the boat to the Magic Kingdom® Park. There is 15-minute parking at the Meadow Trading Post for your shopping convenience.

MOST COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS IN THE WILDERNESSWhere do I get groceries, supplies and propane tank refills? Groceries and supplies can be purchased at the Meadow and Settlement Trading Posts. Removable propane tanks can only be refilled at the Meadow Trading Post for same-day service. Tanks must be dropped off by 12 noon.

How do I get to the Hoop-Dee-Doo Revue? Board the bus at any bus stop to the Settlement Bus Depot. When exiting, proceed to Pioneer Hall. Ticket pickup is on the left and the show takes place in the center of the building.

Can I receive a message at my Wilderness Cabin or campsite? Messages for Wilderness Cabins may be left on the voice messaging system of your phone. Messages for campsites are received at the Front Desk and delivered to campsites, or you may call the Front Desk at 407-824-2727 or Touch 7-2727 or Front Desk anytime to inquire.

Where can I pick up packages I purchase at the Parks? Packages may be picked up at Meadow Trad-ing Post in the center of the campground.

Where can I use Quick Service Meals and Snacks from my Disney Dining Plan? Meadow Snack Bar

Your Key to the WorldYour Resort Identification Card identifies you as a Guest of Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground. Please sign it immediately and carry it with you at all times during your stay.

With proper prior authorization, you may use this card to charge (prior to checkout) directly to your Guest account at most shops, restaurants and recre-ation facilities at the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park and Downtown Disney® Area. It may not be used for charging in the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels.

Your card must be shown prior to participating in recreational activities. This card will also provide you with complimentary parking at the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park.

Your Resort Identification card may also be valid for admission media. Please check with Concierge for details.

Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is a smoke-free environment except for desig-nated outdoor smoking locations. A $250 - $500 room recovery fee, plus tax, will be charged for smoking in cabins.

Can I drive my car to locations within Fort Wilderness, and where do I park? No, motor traffic is permitted when entering and exiting the campground only. Please board the bus for all destinations within the Campground. Parking is permitted for one vehicle at your campsite or Wilderness Cabin; additional parking is available at the Reception Outpost.

What is the best way to get to all four Parks? To the Magic Kingdom® Park: from Settlement Depot take boat to Park. Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, Epcot®, Downtown Disney® Area and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park: take buses from Outpost Depot.

What happens to the Campfire Program if it rains?A ‘Porch Jam’ sing-along takes place at the Campfire Building Porch.

Do I have to make reservations for the wagon ride? No, the wagon ride begins boarding each evening at 6:45 and 9:15 p.m. This horse-drawn excursion departs once the wagon is full.

Where can I purchase my Park tickets and make dining arrangements? The Lobby Concierge at the Outpost and the Concierge window at Pioneer Hall, provide these services from 7:00a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. You may also call 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).

Do you have room service or pizza delivery? Trails End offers pizza and a variety of takeout items during dinner hours and also offers limited breakfast items. Orders are taken in person. Meadow Snack Bar is open daily 11:00am-5:00pm and Roaring Fork at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is open for all three meal periods

Where can I get additional resort information?Tune in to Channel 20 on your in-room TV for daily resort information and Channel 17 for station listing.

AIRLINE CHECK-INOn your day of departure, you can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding pass right here at our Resort Airline Check-in Desk, located at the Reception Outpost. If you are departing on a domestic flight from Orlando International Airport on participating air carriers, you can check in no less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled departure flight time (flight delays do not extend the check-in time). • When driving within the campground, please obey all posted traffic signs (such as, speed limits) and watch for bicycles, pedestrians, and other vehicular traffic. Approved vehicles, carts and recreational devices, such as bicycles and Segways, must be equipped with head and tail lights to operate after dusk.

• Any guests visiting the campground must be noted on the reservation. Please touch 7-2727 or call 407-824-2727 to add guests to your reservation.

• All 3rd party vendors entering the campground must be approved Walt Disney World Operating Participants. Any exceptions to this policy must be pre-approved by management.

• Quiet Hours: Please avoid unnecessary noise from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.

• Weapons: Please do not discharge any type of weapon within the Walt Disney World® Resort. This includes firearms, air guns, archery equipment and fireworks. All weapons must be checked in and secured during your stay at Fort Wilderness.

• Fires: Limit charcoal fires to the charcoal grills. Open fires are not permitted anywhere in Fort Wilderness. Torches and other burning devices are not permitted.

• Plant Life: Please help us preserve the natural beauty of our trees, shrubs, flowers and other plant life. Also, please be cautioned that not even Fort Wilderness is exempt from a little poison ivy.

• All pets must be kept on a handheld leash that is six feet or shorter or confined in the interior of the owner’s personal recreational vehicle. For pop-ups and tents, pets must be secured in a container, such as portable cage or kennel.

Campsite guests with pet privileges may take their dogs to play in the off-leash Waggin’ Trails Dog Park or walk the many on-leash trails. So that our guests with pets can enjoy ample time at the Walt Disney World theme parks and destinations, day and overnight kennel care is available at Best Friends Pet Care wdw.bestfriendspetcare.com.

Pet owners are required to pick up after and properly dispose of their pet’s droppings.

Pets that interfere with the quality of the guest experi-ence at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground in any way (such as aggression, noise, etc.) or generate a legitimate complaint to management will result in the pet owner being required to discontinue the pet’s inappropriate behavior, remove the pet to an off-site kennel, or leave the Resort.

• Wildlife: For your safety, do not try to feed, pet, or handle any wildlife. If you should encounter any snake, alligator, or other wildlife, please contact a resort Cast Member at once.

Campsites are equipped with 115/220-volt electrical outlets, a charcoal grill, water, a picnic table, a waste container and, in all but partial hookup, a sanitary disposal connection. Camping in all individual sites in-cludes cable T.V. access. (Must provide own cable or may be purchased at Settlement or Meadow Trading Posts.)Just down the trail, you’ll find an air-conditioned Comfort Station equipped with private showers, an ice dis-penser, laundry facilities, public and house phones and restrooms, open 24 hours (except the Laundry Room).
