40 years ago, LADD's co-founder, Peggy Geier, made a decision for thousands of others in our community who have developmental disabilities. Recently, Sis, who has lived at LADD for 35 years, celebrated her 60th birthday with us. It is our mission to ensure that anyone with a developmental disability
