Our manufacturing plant is ISO9001:200 certified and has the capacity to produce 6000 m2 of flooring per day - making it the largest in the Asia Pacific region. This, coupled with an expansive Warehouse facility in the UAE, enables our clients to obtain materials almost instantaneously from stock and hence meet their fast track project deadlines.

ASP Underfloor AC is a discreet design that offers occupants a customized local environment, and like all other ASP products it delivers it at competitive pricing.

Our Underfloor AC comes out well ahead of most forms of conventional air conditioning in any cost comparison. The largely standardized units of ASP Underfloor AC are faster and easier to install. In an independent study, compared to a 4-pipe fan coil system, for example, the underfloor air distribution solution cuts 5 weeks off a 42 week installation programme, which is equal to a 12% saving overall. At the same time, UFAD ensures that the capital costs come down as well.

The Buildings by Daman, a 65-floor tower in the Dubai International Financial Centre in Dubai, is a perfect example of ASP’s stronghold on delivering excellence when it comes to Underfloor AC.
