Hear ye! Hear ye! The 2016-2017 Sly Fox Ski Club Kick-Off and Annual Business meeting will be on Wednesday October 5. Pre-meeting dining at 5:30 PM, Socializing upstairs at 7:00 PM, and the Business Meeting at 7:30 PM. We will introduce offi cers, review the 2015-2016 fi nancial results. Then we will introduce this seasons ski trips. Besides the usual beer and soda, we will also have wine, wings, sausage and cheese and cookies. We will also introduce the Gelandesprung Ski Club ski trips, which Sly Fox members can participate.

Our second meeting on October 19 will include a special demonstration about Yoga, and how it can help limber you up for skiing. It will be by

Sarah Bohm, aka Sassy Sarah Yoga. “Yoga is especially helpful for those who are active and are involved in weight bearing sports such as skiing, as yoga helps to bring circulation to everything so all parts of the body move their best.” Stay tuned, as we have events planned for the November meetings as well.

Meetings for the season will be on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month, October through March, at THE BAR on Lynndale. The one exception will be in December, where in place of the second meeting, we will have our Christmas Banquet on Wednesday, December 14, at the Red Ox Supper Club.
