By far, the most effective way to increase sales is to:

Know your customer’s needs and interests (and keep a record).The best way to do this is to use

the “fragrance consultation”with your customers.

Handling Objections:

Recommend different fragrances and give samples. Tell customer that fragrance mixes with the individual’s

body “chemistry”. Experiment until she finds a good match.

Use the information and descriptions from the fragrancecharts and get the customer to try and Avon fragrance.

Recommend layering or a stronger form of the fragrance.
