Modeling frame have 4 floors which include one column at the middle:
Where it sides:
Length = 10 m
High = 3 m for each floor
Width = 10 m
Compressive strength shall be not less than 17 MPa; so for normal concrete:
f'c column =32 MPa
f'c beam /slab = 28MPa
One way slab = short length/long length =< 0.5 "one way slab"
So our case 2 way slab:
The minimum thickness of two way slab are shown in ACI code 9.5.3.3
Take slab thickness = 130 mm
Cross section for the beam and column = 100*100 mm.
For the support: fixed support

Now:
Live load-1 unit load- will be present in three cases for each case position which means
direction.
Fx=1KN (Case ONE)
Fy=1 KN (Case TWO)
Mxx= 1 KN.m (Case THREE)

Case 1 have four cases under it ,while live Load-Fx=1 KN- will apply on the middle of the
column for first floor and get the displacement , then we will remove the unit load to the
next floor and see the effect on the displacement, repeat this steps for each floor except a
base .

Like case 1 but the unit load will take different position- called Fy in y direction - Case 2 have
four cases under it. Live load-Fy=1KN- will apply on the middle of the column for first floor
and get the displacement , then we will remove the unit load to the next floor and see the
effect on the displacement, repeat this steps for each floor except a base .
