All logos should be placed with a minimum of 20mm of clear space, which contains no part of anylogo, around their outer edges to ensure maximumlegibility and aid recognition of all brands.

Logos

IBL LogoTeam must display the IBL logo on the leading arm of each of itsplaying shirts within the following parameters:

• Playing Shirts: (Position G) - 64.5cm2 (10 square inches)

Team Logos

Team must display its logo once on each of its playing shirtswithin the following parameters:

• Playing Shirts: (Position C) - 64.5cm2 (10 square inches)

The team logo or name of the team should not contain any advertising and must not interfere with any elements of the kitidentifying the player.

commerciaL Logos

Franchises may sell any available position on the shirt to its sponsors

Playing ShirtsA team may display up to five Commercial logos on the playing shirts (andsweaters, mirroring those on the playing shirts) of its team as follows: In six positions, namely:

• the upper right chest (Position B) - not exceeding 64.5cm2 (10 square inches)• the middle (Position A) - not exceeding 206.45cm2 (32 square inches);• on both sleeves (Positions D, E and F) - not exceeding 64.5cm2 (10 square inches);

and• on the back (Position H) -not exceeding 206.45cm2 (32 square inches).

Shorts/SkirtsA team may feature commercial logos in up to two positions on the shorts or skirts.One on each leg halfway between the waist and the knee.

• on each leg (Positions L and M) - not exceeding 64.5cm2 (10 square inches).

Manufacturer’s ‘Official Product’ label and Manufacturer’s ‘Quality Feature’ labelThe inclusion of one Manufacturer’s ‘Official Product’ label and one Manufacturer’s‘Quality Feature’ label are permitted on each of the playing shirts, Shorts andSkirts. These can be placed on the outer seams of the clothing and cannot exceed3.22cm (0.5 square inches) in size. These labels should not be construed as an additional branding opportunity.

Playing ShirtsOne manufacturer’s logo must be displayed in one of Positions B, D or E.

Shorts and SkirtsOne manufacturer’s logo may be displayed on the front of the shorts or skirt between the waist and the knee in positions L or M -not exceeding 10 squareinches (64.5cm2).

Franchise is entitled to 50% of In Stadia BrandingProperties available for branding in stadia include:

• Stadium EntranceWelcome arch, flags, hanging banners, Sponsor activations

• VIP EntranceEntrance signage, Foyer area

• Court periphery• First & Second Tier Branding• Players Boxes• Team dugouts• Replay screen• Podium Branding

• Franchise can dress the arena with flags and banners • VIP areas & players areas can be decorated• Merchandise/ Sponsor stands can be branded• Franchise gets designated placed to erect hospitality

box for their set of sponsors.

As each stadium is different – the franchise will be required to visittheir venue in order to determine which properties they wish to brand.

The Franchise is entitled 50% (22 boards)* Nos may vary depending on the size of the boardaround the court.

Franchise is also entitled to 50% of all 2ndtier boards within the stadium.

The number of boards and exact locations will bedetermined with each franchise individually upvisit to the stadium.* (2nd tier will be provided, wherever possible)

Franchise Brandingssemis and FinaLs

The playing Franchises are entitled to share50% branding in the arena, field of play & on-court displays

No product placements of the participating franchises will be allowed in the arena

Product placements/ merchandise stalls/ hospitality boxes for the sponsors are allowed outside the arena for the participating franchises
