Scope of WorkDPMI had two business model for establishing franchisee centres. Once the model is established, DPMI would create a strategy for expansion through Franchising.

Project Initialization - Inception Meeting

DPMI franchise Sales & Marketing Head would carry out meeting with the key personnel or the Center head in order to

validate their objectives and understand their expectations. The meeting would assist in setting up a common platform

for the proposed assignment for both the teams i.e. DPMI and Center Head/Investor. The meeting (s) would aim to

achieve the following:

Discuss the projects in details

Obtain information on the investment planning details of the franchisee

Obtain information on the expected growth viz. current capabilities of the management/ planning.

Understand the specific goals and objectives of the investor

Set a common platform of understanding and expectations for the proposed exercise

Based on the scope of work, the consequent time that different team members would spend on the study and the

seniority of team members involved and also keeping in mind our abiding interest to foster a long-term relationship ,

• Review and revise policies, norms, criteria, target number allocation, expenditure, costs, procedures etc.
