ANS: - I will put my confidence level 100%.

 I will do my work towards honestly.

 I will not commit plagiarism.

 I will always follow my positive thinking.

 I never blame others.

 I will attend my personality development classes regularly. Then I will change my personality good.

 Finally I will help my friends about which moral values will to help in future.

EVALUTE YOUR OWN TIME MANAGEMENT STYLE? (D2) 

ANS: - Time management can be defining as:  -   Applying management principals which help in maximizing the value of time by including those activities which produce results and rejecting the activities which wastes of time or which gives negative results. 

MY TIME MANAGEMENT

I manage my time by using my daily time sheet.

 Daily I have 2 hours class from 05:00pm to 07:00pm the another time I will manage to prepare further chapters.

 I will try to fight about my improve my inner and outer personality by using my personality classes.

 I change my English communication skills from E.C.S classes

 I also apply jobs online using internet for my better life to take care about my family.

 I improved my time management well after joining Frank Finn institute. 

After joining Frank Finn institution

I was aware that time play’s vital role in time management.

Now I am able to chart my regular activities perfectly in order to fill the gaps. 

I will keep sometime for regular activities and recreation.

At present I am pursuing AGS course in Frank Finn and also on the other side, I do prepare for my RRC & group b exam.

Though it’s a multi task I am able to manage it with perfect schedule to study and thing which are to be learnt.

Even at exam I will make a small schedule in order to attend all questions.

ASSESS AND PRESENT YOUR LEADERSHIP QUALITIES. (D1)

ANS:- 

I think I have better leadership qualities to manage my group.

In any time I think myself positively and take situations positively.

 I have better time management, to rule things.

 I have no Ego’s about any things of another persons.

 From frank Finn aviation institute I learned good communication skills & well grooming personality.

 I will control leaders will invariably govern, regulate, command and manage teams towards goal attainment.

 I have better education skills like graduation in B.COM computers and B.PHARMACY.

 I hope I have good leadership qualities. I think I am a leader.

IF YOU WERE THE DIRECTOR IN THE MOVIE WHAT CHANGES WOULD YOU BRING IN THAT 

MOVIE? (D3)

ANS: - When I am a director of this movie I will bring some many changes.

 First I will change the Swapna behavior about her mother.

 I will do highlight Swapna’s character in this film.

 Change the Attitude of Shathis about hugging his office worker In front of his wife Shashi.

 I will change the dress code of Shashi after 5 English classes in U.S.

 I will enter Shathis mother also will attend to the wedding in U.S.
