anced budget, is a required question in our insurance audits and helps the staff to know

who is on the course. Members and guests are required to register prior to the use of

any Club facilities. Such registration shall show the member's name and the name of

any guest sponsored by such member.

POOL NEWS: The pool will be open Labor Day, Monday, September 4th.

The pool will remain open after Labor Day as long as the weather

permits. If weather looks iffy call the Clubhouse before you head this

way!

Please note: We are making every attempt to have lifeguards on duty

on the weekends through Labor Day.

The Board of Directors election is upon us! This month

is the election of the Board of Directors. All eligible

Full Golf Stockholders and Junior Stock members, in

good standing as of August 31st, 2017, will receive a

ballot. If you are receiving your statement by postal

mail your ballot is included along with this Forerunner

and statement. If you are receiving your statement by

email your ballot will be sent in a separate envelope by

postal mail. Please remit your ballot in the enclosed

self-addressed stamped envelope that comes with your

ballot or it may be rejected. The ballot should be re-

turned to the club office by Friday, September 15th,

2017 by 5PM or postmarked

by September 15th, 2017.

for advancing as the medalist at Meadowbrook Country

Club to the 2017 Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship in

Naples, FL October 7—12. She has also been asked to

represent Missouri in the 2017 USGA Women’s State Team

Finals. They will be playing The Club at Las Campanas in

Santa Fe, NM September 26th-28th.We can’t wait to see

what you’ll do next! Way to go, Kayla!

Hello Everyone! The summer is wrapping up and I wanted to take a moment to thank the member-

ship for a great summer! Membership increased again this year and we have lots of new faces;

please be sure to welcome your new fellow members when you see them. Tina & staff cooked up a

lot of delicious food and sales in the 19th Hole have been great over the past few months; thank

you for supporting your club! Neal and Nicole also had a very busy summer. Some highlights in-

clude the Men’s Krakow Cup, Ladies Classic, and the July 3rd Party by the Pool, to name a few. If

you are thinking about having an event OR golf outing, large or small, contact Neal or Nicole and

they will be glad to help you. There is also a new face in the office. Stop in and welcome Sheri For-

get to our team. Sheri will be assisting in the office part-time and will be available Tuesday –

Thursday to help answer your questions. The pool was hopping all summer and we are grateful to

have Audrey Sharma & crew to keep the pool flowing. If you ever have someone in need of swim

lessons, Audrey is the BEST! Finally, I wish Ed & staff could hear all of the wonderful compli-

ments we hear in the clubhouse from our guests to members about how great the course is. What

a wonderful club and wonderful people! This is FCCC Pride!
