Introduction

Between August 2016 and March of 2017 numerous site visits to the five district buildings and two campuses were made by numerous design professionals, manufacturing professionals and district representatives to review and assess the condition of the District’s existing facilities.

The detail reports that follow were utilized to develop the facility assessment summaries included in Section C – Facilities Conditions portion of the preceding District-Wide Facilities Study report.

The maintenance upgrades costs worksheet that follows, based on the various conditions assessment reports, was developed as a baseline of comparison for the anticipated ongoing costs associated with continuing to maintain the existing facilities. These costs have been characterized as the costs associated with continuing to do nothing.

The documents and reports in Exhibit C of the District-Wide Facility Study were created by following design and manufacturing professionals:

and not based on actual designs.
