Macchina adatta per frantumare e sminuzzare grandi zolle d’argillamolto dura o scistosa; può essere posta direttamente sotto dei cassonidosatori o tramogge per scarico da automezzi.Il frantumatore è costituito da due robusti fianchi in acciaio in cui sonoricavate le sedi dei cuscinetti che supportano due rulli posti ad uninterasse fisso e che ruotano alla stessa velocità.Questi rulli sono costituiti da un albero su cui vengono montate dellestelle frantumatrici in acciaio a più punte con riporti antiusura incorrispondenza delle punte stesse.La granulometria del materiale in uscita è tale da garantire il buonfunzionamento delle macchine successive.I rulli sono azionati mediante riduttori epicicloidali comandati da unsistema di motori,pulegge e cinghie.Una robusta tramoggia in lamiera d’acciaio elettrosaldata convoglial’argilla sui dischi frantumatori, supportando contemporaneamente unaserie di raschiatori per la pulizia dei rulli.Le pareti laterali di questa tramoggia sono protette da lamiera antiusura.Tutti i cuscinetti sono lubrificati a grasso.

Machine suitable to crush and crumble large lumps of hard shale clay;it can be placed either directly under box feeders or under hoppersused to unload from motor vehicles.The primary crusher is made of two strong sides in steel construction,where are placed the housings of the bearings that support two rollersplaced at a fix distance between the centers and rotate at the samespeed.These rollers consist of a shaft on which are assembled some crushingstars with many points made of steel, with coatings against wear on thesame points.The granulometry of the material that comes out grants the goodrunning of the machines downstream.The rollers are actioned by means of epycïcloidal reduction unitsdriven by a system of motors, pulleys and v-belts.A strong hopper in electro welded plate conveys the clay to somecrushing discs and support, at the same time, a set of scrapers for thecleaning of the rollers.The side walls of this hopper are protected by a wear proof plate.All the bearings are lubricate with grease.
