What is Campus Link?
An online service through volunteer programs
Allows you to track the service hours you complete either as an individual or an organization
All hours are reviewed by the Volunteer Programs Student Specialist
Where to start?
Campus Link Homepage
Click on “Organizations” and then click on “V” in the Directory
Click on “Volunteer Programs”
Select the Form
Find the “Forms” tab in the left side of the navigation bar – click on it.
Click on the link “Individual Service Report Form – Spring 2013”
Filling out the Form
Fill out your contact information Click on the box for Fraternity and Sorority Life and
select your chapter If the service is through service learning, select the
proper type Fill out the information about the service
Make sure to put the date in the CORRECT FORMAT (ex. 8/12/2011)
Required Information: Number of hours completed & the date completed Name and address of the agency Name of contact person & an email address Short description of the service Click either on-campus or off-campus service
Submitting the Form
Review submission form to make sure you have all the information
Click Submit for ApprovalYour form is now submitted – you should be
on the “my submissions” page
You should receive an email immediately after citing “pending” status
Checking Status of Forms
To check the status of your forms, click on “My Involvement”
Click on “Submissions”
View Status
Statuses will read: in progress (you have not yet hit submit), pending (you have submitted it), or approved
Side Notes
WHEN RECORDING HOURS FOR FRATERNITY & SORORITY LIFE: If hours are marked approved that means it counts for
service, but DOES NOT mean they will count for your chapter’s hours
If you do not turn in your hours within 7 days of the service, your hours will not be reported in your chapter’s report, even if they have been approved on our system
