B With the introduction to Cisco and Nortel technology, VoIP was a viable alternative to landlines

    for enterprise use.()

    1. With the advent of switching technology, and the emergence of Quality of Service

technology, all switching functions have been taken off of the computer, and are now a part of

    the enterprise/providers systems.()

    2. 2. With VoIP Technology, it is possible to have PBX functionality with only a software server.
