5) Manfrotto will not accept any claims for purchases from ebay unless they are sold as New by a participating dealer.

10) All claims must be received before 23:59 on 29th February 2016. Any claim received after this time will be invalid.

11) Any valid claims received will be despatched 28 days from date of receipt.

12) The free head will only be despatched to addresses within the United Kingdom and the British Crown Dependencies.
