Primavera free training course is meant to provide awareness about the software application to project managementand develop skills to handle projects using Primavera Project Planner. Though, the newest version of Primaveranowadays, is P6 but one may feel very difficult to learn P6 if one has not learned to use P3. So, we, here at UET have

undertaken the task to teach engineering project management through primavera project planner P3.

Course Objectives:

After completing the course you will be able to: Plan, Schedule and Cost the Project Calculate Earned Value GenerateReports

Why to learn Primavera ??

Primavera is comprehensive, high performance, multi-project planning and control software. It supports an unlimitednumber of projects, project groups or programs, activities, baselines, resources, and user-defined WBS and activitycodes It has capability to handle large-scale, highly sophisticated and multifaceted projects, to organize projects up to100,000 activities, providing unlimited resources and an unlimited number of target plans. Primavera gives a multitude ofways to organize, filter and sort activities, projects, and resources. It has a rich graphical interface to plan and manageand report on projects. It provides colored bands to organize data by project code, activity code, resource, costaccounts, WBS. It also offers powerful scheduling and resource leveling options, including backward resource leveling,smoothing and the ability to level selected portions of a project.
