Windsor has been providing maintenance repairs and certification for all

types of lifting and access equipment for many years, we are

safecontractor approved and provide Thorough Examinations.

You’re assured of direct dialogue with one of our fully qualified support

and engineering professionals. This commitment to a personalised

customer service is the lifeblood of our business and has allowed us to

gain a reputation for excellence.

Windsor can supply parts for almost all makes and models of forklift

trucks, access platforms or warehouse equipment. Because we are not a

manufacturer, we don’t have a pre-set agenda to push new equipment;

we don’t believe in supplying machines that aren’t fit for purpose, and we

certainly don’t believe in hidden costs or charges.

We’ll also use our financial power, stemming from our independent status,

to weigh up the various finance options available to you and help you get

the most flexible deal at a price that’s right.

Hire

Our parts prices are always competitive and we carry over 90% of line

items in stock, with daily replenishment to our branches and field

engineers. Any part not available from stock is obtained through our

established supply agreements, and would normally be available within 24

hours. We supply genuine parts to ensure full compliance with service

warranties and safety certification.

We have over 800 forklifts and access platforms in our fleet, and when

renting any of these machines, all servicing, breakdowns and preventative

maintenance is included. Should a fault occur that can’t be rectified, then

a loan machine will be provided to you – free of charge.

We have a large stock of machines available at any one

time, to immediately meet short term hire demand. If you a need a

machine fast, we’ll get it to you fast.

We offer long-term contract hire packages, at competitive

rates for both new and refurbished equipment, tailored to meet individual

requirements. So, if you have a single or multiple truck application, we’ve

got the right solution.
