I. ln line with the efforts of the Department of Education (DepEd) to establish a culture of research the Schools Division of Camarines Sur will have the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) PLANNING WORKSHOP-CONFERENCE in preparation for the 4th Regional CI Symposium on February I, 2019, 9 :00 AM at Rodriguez NHS, Cadlan, Pili, Camarines Sur.

2. The agenda are:

a. Status of the Implementation of Research b. Presentation of Cl Outputs c. Preparation of Completed Action Research Report d. Other matters

3. The participants are the CI Team Leader or CI Team Scribe with approved CI Action

Research. They shall bring laptop and Cl outputs in powerpoint presentation for benchmarking

purposes.

4 . Enclosed is the list of researchers with approved CI action researches.

5. This memorandum shall serve as Authority to Travel. Food and transportation expenses of participants are chargeable against local/School/Division MOOE subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this memorandum is advised .
