Seasoning

• 1 big lettuce

• 1 can of sweet corn

Preparation Mix all the ingredients together Then, let the batter rest for 1 hour. Then heat a frying pan with 2 teaspoons of oil. Poor 1 ladle of batter into the hot pan. Move the pan to spread the batter evenly. Cook for 2 minutes, flip the crêpe over and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. You can eat salty or sugary crêpes. Fill them with ham and grated cheese or with chocolate spread or jam.Bon Appétit !

Preparation 1. Place the unbaked crust on a round baking tray and preheat the oven to 180 °C during 10 minutes

2. Fry the diced bacon in a pan and then place them on paper towel to absorb the fat

3. In a bowl, mix the cream the milk the eggs. Add some salt pepper and nutmeg

4. Put diced bacon on unbaked crust, pour the egg-cream-milk preparation on the crust and sprinkle the cheese all over

• 1 unbaked crust pie

• 3 eggs

• 300 mL cream

• 250 mL milk

• 300g of diced bacon

• 150g grated Swiss cheese

• Salt and pepper and nutmeg

Preparation Mix together eggs, sugar and milk. Deep the slices of bread in the mixture. Heat a frying pan with some butter in it. Put the slices of bread in the pan for 2 minutes on each side.

Enjoy the French toasts lukewarm with some apple purée and some cinnamon if you like.
