On the contrary, deep product knowledge can actually become a hindrance to sales performance. But some fundamental product knowledge is vital to success in the role. For the most widely used desktop applications, all Adobe Direct Sales Agents are expected to be able to:

WHAT IS PHOTOSHOP CC? Adobe Photoshop is the world’s leading digital image and graphics editing program. Just about every digital creative project has Photoshop at the center of the process. It contains a set of powerful tools to select portions of an image; remove, replace, or retouch elements of an image; crop and resize; enhance and adjust light, color, balance and tonal qualities; add artistic effects; and draw, paint, and add typography.

WHO USES PHOTOSHOP CC? Photographers such as photojournalists and freelance photographers specializing in weddings, portraits, commercial advertisements, fashion, sports, landscapes and fine art photography.
