Minimal chemicals are used only to preserve quality, not to add weight, with acceptable levels consistently better than the industry standard. Ice glaze is used sparingly to protect the protein, but never to add unwanted water weight to the product. As a result, you get a pure, clean product with low purge and high yield.

Melt butter in a large skillet. Saute green onion for 10 seconds and immediately add mussels and clams. Saute for one minute and add shrimp and Pangasius. Cover pan and steam for 2-3 minutes. Add scallops and clam juice, bring to a simmer, add pasta sauces and pasta, toss and cover pan again for 2-3 additional minutes. Make sure all shellfish has opened, display in a large pasta bowl and garnish with Romano. Molto Bene!!
