General Accountability Reporting to the Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing a variety of administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient administrative operations. Specific Accountabilities: 1. Greets and assists visitors or customers in a courteous manner. 2. Answers customer’s telephone inquiries or inquiries at the counter.3. Operates various point of sales systems to sell, hardware, feed, crop input or petro-
leum products.4. Operates various office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, facsimile, voice mail
system and computers to name a few.5. Prepares, and balances daily reports and bank deposits.6. Perform general housekeeping duties.7. Must be safety conscious; know and follow proper steps and procedures for any task
