Biscuits

200g Self raising flour 100g Margarine 50g Sugar 1 egg

Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough. Roll and cut into shapes then place on a baking sheet. Bake on a medium setting for approximately 15 minutes.

Outing to Woodside Animal Farm – Thursday 16th July

We are really looking forward to the outing next week. Please make sure that your child is at school by 9am latest on Thursday so that we can get them ready (badges, toilet, partners etc). The coach will be leaving at 9.30am sharp and we cannot wait for latecomers.

Please refer to the outing letter for the details of what you need to send in.

Sickness Policy

We hope that all the children stay well! However, if they are poorly the following guidelines must be followed. If your child is unwell he/she should not come to school. Children with a fever, vomiting or diarrhoea must be symptom-free for a minimum of 48 hours before returning to school. Thank you for your cooperation.

Use of Outdoor Area Before/After School

Please remember that it is the responsibility of those collecting children to supervise them to ensure their safety and to see that Nursery property is properly looked after.

It is parents’ responsibility to tidy up any equipment that has been used after school.

Reminders

1. Please ensure that your child’s drinking cup is clearly labelled with his/her name. Thank you.

2. Please ensure that your child has a complete set of spare clothing and that is appropriate for the warmer weather (marked with your child’s name please!). A number of children do not have any spare clothes at all. Please check your child’s box. All of your child’s property must be clearly labelled with your child’s name.

3. Please return to school any outstanding library books. As we are nearing the end of term we will not be sending home any more library books.
