Your year-end fund drive donation will help JCH “Bring History to Life”

Watch your mail in mid-October for our year-end fund drive. Contact Diana and Nina at the Clark House to learn more about how you can lend your financial support to our drive.

Please consider the Friends of Jonathan Clark House as you plan your year-end donations. This unique historical home is entirely dependent upon the generosity of our members and donors for its ongoing operations, children’s and other events, and debt repayment. The Jonathan Clark House has established a gifting account to accept your donations of appreciated stock and other securities with Richmond Investment Services LLC in Mequon. If you would like more information or would like to donate please call Ryan Gray, 262-242-4200.

Recruiting Extraordinary Board Members Board Member nominations are open. Do you know someone who would like to serve on the JCH Board of Directors? If so, contact Nina for details at [email protected].

Nominations are due to the JCH office by November 16.

Museum Preservation Projects Update

Thanks to a Mequon Community Foundation grant the parlour and Jonathan’s office have been professionally re-plastered and are ready to be professionally painted. In addition, the floors in both rooms have been refurbished by JCH Preservation Manager Fred Derr. New moldings will be constructed at no charge by JCH Friend Ron Kirschling of The Mitered Edge and installed by Ron and Fred. This multi-phase project is being coordinated by JCH Board Member Architect Justin Racinowski of Racinowski Design and Fred.
