You can get the free Welcome Card directly from your

accommodation provider. You will find a list of partner companies at

www.innsbruck.info/welcome. The Welcome Card is linked to the guest

registration in your accommodation. With the “Welcome Card/

Welcome Card plus”, Innsbruck Tourismus has created an offer that is

available to all accommodation providers in the region. It is their

decision, however, whether to pass this offer on to their guests and

Innsbruck Tourismus has no power to intervene. If you stay 3 nights or

more, you will automatically receive the free Welcome Card plus from

partner companies. The Welcome Card/Welcome Card plus cannot be

purchased; nor can it be issued by Tourist Information Offices.

and you must have a valid Welcome Card/Welcome Card plus to be

able to buy it. On purchase, the Welcome Card unlimited replaces your

Welcome Card/Welcome Card plus, the services of your previous card

are immediately available to you, and all previously used services are

transferred to the Welcome Card unlimited and cannot be used again,

with the exception of services with no usage restrictions. The

Welcome Card unlimited is also available as a digital card. The card

can be acquired from any Tourist Information Office or from selected
