Good morning Justice Bell,
City Manager Al Coby told me earlier this week that during his attendance at the Commission meeting onDecember 10, the statement was made that the 41-page draft that had been circulated a few days earlier wasno longer the document intended by the Commission to be used for public review and comment. I am writingto ask if there is any draft available that has replaced the one we looked at last week, recognizing that thework of the Commission is ongoing and the elements of consolidation being reviewed remain fluid at this point.I have been asked to obtain any such draft that may currently be available and provide it to a member of theCity Council. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can give.
