Louis Dearman, President - CEO:

Louis co-founded Front Office Staff® in 2005. Louis is a highly experienced sales executive who has spent over 20 years in both the security and Multi-Family industries. He has been involved at virtually all levels of the security business, including over 10 years in various supervisory and management roles in retailing as a Store Manager and as the Director of Security and Loss Prevention, primarily with Macy’s California. He spent over 5 years as Vice President/General Manager of 8 California franchise offices of Sonitrol Security Inc., a large nationwide franchise security systems company and several years as Western Regional Sales Manager for Network Multi-Family, a national provider of security systems and services to the apartment industry. Louis has been the principal and owner of his own sales and marketing firm to the Multi-Family industry, a consulting company specializing in large-scale contract negotiations with REITs and Multi-Family developers. For the past several years Louis has been the President and co-owner of Front Office Staff® a national provider front office solution services for small businesses.
