Below are the four split exercises to help develop your flexibility:Exercise #1Start by bending one leg in front and semi-straightening your other leg out at the back.Support yourself by putting your arms at your side. Make sure you are keeping your hips square and chest straight. Push yourself low as you can as possible. Hold for 30 seconds.

This exercise helps stretch your hamstrings and straighten it out at the front.

Start by kneeling on one of your legs, and straighten the other leg in front.

Support yourself with your arms at your side.

Bending at your hips, you lean down to your leg in the front.

Make sure you are keeping your hips square.

Push yourself low as you can as possible. Hold for 30 seconds.

Fully bend one of your legs, and then sit on it.

Straighten the other leg in the front.

Support yourself with your arms at your side.
