EntryFee:

8.750,-CZKperteampayableafterconfirmationofparticipationinthetournament,butnolaterthan1.11.2019ontheorganizer'saccount.Individualteamsstartattheirownexpense.Theorganizerpaystherentaloftheicerink,referee,medicalandorganizingservice,prizesandsouvenirs.Therestofthepaymentforaccommodationandmealforplayersandteamstaffwillbemadebytheteammanageratthetournamentofficeorbytransfertotheorganizer'saccount.HCPilsenWolvesaccountnumber:115-8505470207/0100

B. TechnicalProvisions

Regulation:

TournamentisplayedaccordingtotherulesoftheCSLH,thecompetitionrulesandtherulesofthetournament.

Starters:

Playersaged2008andyounger.GirlsaccordingtoCSLHrules.Foreignteamsareallowedtostartfourplayersbornafter31.8.2007.SubjecttoParticipationistheteamrostersignedbythecoachprovidedtothetournamentofficebyteammanager,alongwithavalidregistrationcardsforCzechteams,passportsorotherofficialdocumentsprovingtheyearoftheplayer'sbirthforforeignteams.Theabove-mentioneddocumentsmustbesubmittedatthepresentationoftheteamsbeforethestartofthetournament.WithouttheserequirementstheenteredteamorplayerWILLNOTbeallowedtostartinthetournament!!!Theteamconsistsofmax.22players(20+2),teamstaff:maximum2coachesand1manager.Allplayersstartatthetournamentattheirownrisk.Forhospitaltreatment,playersmusthaveacertificateofinsuranceforicehockey(playersfromEUcountrieshealthinsurancecards).

PlayingSystem:Eachteamwillplayatleast5gamesinthetournament,thefirsttwodaysaregroupstage.FinaldayteamscanplayonetothreematchesinthePlay-Offs.

Groups:

Individualteamsaredrawnfor4matchesintheregularpartofthetournament.Allteamsmustbereadytostartontimefortheirgame,organizerreservestherighttodelaythestartofthematchby10minutes.

Protests:

Jerseys:

Eachteammusthavetwosetsofjerseys-lightanddark.Theteamwritteninthegamesheetfirstwearslightjerseys,unlesstheopponentsagreeotherwise.

LockerRoom:

Onlyplayersandteammembersareallowedtoenterthelockerroomsarea.Teammanagersareresponsibleformaintainingorderindressingrooms.Thetournamentorganizerisnotliableforvaluableitemsleftinthelockerrooms.

TournamentSchedule:

Adetailedtimetablewillbedeliveredontimeafterconfirmationofallteams.Eachteamwillplayatleast4games+PlayOffs.Teamsareobligedtoadheretothetournamentscheduleandbereadytoplayatleast5minutesbeforethestartofthegame.Warmupsbeforethegamewillbewithoutpucksfor1minute.
