The bat life cycle is very simple. First they are born with no fur, then over one week they grow their fur and learn to fly. Newborn bats mature in less then one year.

As well fruit bats inhabit the tropical and subtropical regions of Africa, through southern and central Asia to Australia, including the Philippines, a number of islands of the Indian and Pacific Oceans, in Pakistan, and across India.
