VAPOR BARRIER FTR SA Primer, a blend of synthetic polymers, solvents and resins, is FiberTite ® ’s Zero-VOC * vapor-barrier primer intended to enhance overall operational security in the areas of the roof that go unseen over time. Product Data DESCRIPTION STORAGE PHYSICAL PROPERTIES FTR SA Primer is a single component, solvent based primer, made from a blend of synthetic polymer and adhesive enhancing resins designed to enhance the adhesion of VaporTite ® Vapor Barrier on various substrates. FTR SA Primer is also eligible to contribute to LEED EQ Credits under LEED v4 (Schools/Healthcare only). Maximum shelf life of 60 months in original sealed containers, stored in cool and ventilated area. Store pail in an upright position to prevent damage. Store in a clean dry location and cover as necessary to protect pails from environmental damage such as direct sunlight, extreme cold, heat, or moisture. To ensure that FTR-SA Primer is applied at 70ºF (21ºC) during cold weather, primer should be stored in heated areas. Primer exposed to cold temperature on the roof should be provided with heated storage to ensure minimum application temperature is maintained.
