2. This body sha.ll be con•idered an advisory counsel but having uo authority over the affairs of the churches

3. Each church in this Association shall he couRider­ed au advisory body, and :shall coutrol its own internal affairs in matters of discipliue, etc. It may, however, in extreme cases, call aid from sister cbnrcbes.
