PROCESS

With the FUCHS LiquidControl process, according to the recipe the various liquid, paste and dry in-gredients, spices and herbs are added to a specially equipped mixing system and the viscosity is set.

Due to the homogenity of the liquid or paste spice mixtures and the exact temperature and time control of the LiquidControl Technology, a reduction in the total viable count of up to 99.9% may be achieved and maximum product safety is obtained

(without adding preservatives and UHT heating). Yeasts, mould, listeria and coliform microorganisms are practically entirely killed. LiquidControl products are used in Dairy and Fine Food, in Convenience Food and Chilled Food, as well as in various processing stages of ready meals.
