Full Comfort Homes services

Following costs and additional services are includedin the monthly bill:• Rent of the apartment, furniture and appliances• Insurance of the apartment and furniture• Incoming and outgoing inspections• Warranty of furniture and appliances• One point of contact• Administration and registration of the contracts• Provision of the common utility costs and janitor costs• Provision of the personal utility costs

The janitor costs and the utility costs for the common spaces: i.e. common heating, common use of water and electricity, cleaning of the common parts, maintenance of lift and heating installation, various common costs, garbage collection, etc., will be billed as a monthly provision. On a yearly basis, the actual use of the utilities will be invoiced and the difference on provisions will be due (overpaid amounts will be reimbursed).
