COMMUNICATION My communication skills have been built both by education and job experience. I am an adept communicator in nearly any situation, including those in a professional setting. Beginning in the food industry as a server at 16 years old and working many different positions, I have become a flexible, adaptive, and critical communicator in numerous roles. In nearly three years that Chris has been under my management, he has consistently proven to be a reliable, hard-working, friendly, and enthusiastic employee. Chris has undergone wonderful growth in our company and his outgoing, loving personality has contributed to our stand’s success.
He has never had any complaint from customers or management regarding his actions, customer service, or product quality. Chris has instead helped us grow our loyal customer base with his terrific attitude, fun personality, and strong communication skills.
Chris has worked hard to balance work with his college education throughout his employment at Dutch Bros, leaving him very busy 7 days a week at times.
