It is light weight, compact and reduces installation time. It also helps
to drive down fittings, tubings and even back-plate costs signifi-

Systems and SolutionsFor complete functional safety and enhanced reliability, ASCO Numatics developed sys-tems and solutions to meet customers’ special requirement.
Redundant Control System (RCS)The solenoid pilot valve system that focus on maximum reliability for
most critical ESD valve in the process plant. Operated under 1oo1HS
or 2oo2D mode and SIL 3 (capable), RCS achieves a higher level of
process safety and reliability by using a redundant, fault tolerant
architecture with high diagnostic coverage and automatic solenoid
valve testing & actuator partial stroke testing. A keyed bypass allows
live maintenance of the solenoid without process interruption.
Bypass Test Panel With a keyed bypass unit, on-line testing of solenoid valve and
replacement/maintenance of faulty solenoid valve can be done
without interruption to the ongoing process. An optional feedback
unit is available to provide status to the control room.
