INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP 1 – Register for the event by calling Nancy @ 585.734.8860 or by email: nyballoonlady@gmail.com It’s very important that we know you are coming so we can assign a lane to you/your team. Teams are 4 people.

STEP 2 - Get pledges & donations! Ask friends, family & co-workers to pledge a flat dollar contribution. Please collect your donations in advance of the event. Make checks payable to: Teens Living with Cancer.

STEP 3 – Bring this pledge sheet and donations to the event on Saturday, September 26th.
