Mandurah Quay Resort offers spacious 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom, self contained spa villas, surrounded by exceptional facilities. The resort boasts 4, 3 bedroom villas and 23, 2 bedroom villas capable of sleeping up to 116 guests at full capacity. All villas have flexible bedding arrangements and can be adjusted to suit. As standard each 2 bedroom villa consists of 1 king bed and 2 king singles, each 3 bedroom villa consists of 1 king bed and 4 king singles.

Each villa has reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchen with gas cook top, full sized fridge & microwave, TV, DVD, laundry facilities and wireless internet access. Accommodation guests can also enjoy access to our award-winning swimming pool, heated spa, gymnasium, and boat ramp.

Terms & ConditionsTentative BookingsA tentative booking can be made and held for a period of 7 days, after this time the booking will not be valid unless a deposit is paid.

Confirmation & CancellationTo confirm your chosen date, a deposit of $500.00 is required. All cancellations need to be made in writing to the Event Manager. In order to recieve a 50% refund of the deposit paid a minimum of 30 Days cancellation notice is required.Please note a 15% surcharge is applicable to all Public Holiday and New Years Eve bookings.

Final Details & PaymentAll details including food, beverage, accommodation, room set up and hire of equipment are to be confirmed 14 business days prior to the function. Confirmed guest numbers are required by no later than seven business days prior to the commencement of the event; final charges will be based on these numbers. Final payment is required 2 weeks prior to the function date upon confirmation of final details. Adjustments can be made up until 7 days prior to your event. Any monies outstanding after your event are required to be paid within 7days, you will be responsible for covering any debt recovery costs. Staffing charges apply to all booking of less than 50 guests when booking Plated or Buffet Breakfasts, Set Menu and Buffet.

Pricing ChangesPrice changes may occur for reasons beyond our control and therefore Mandurah Quay Resort reserves the right to alter the price for food and beverage charges subject to cost increases.

Food & Beverage PolicyMandurah Quay Resort has an exlcusive catering arrangement with a local catering company, due to this arrangement outside catering is prohibited. BYO beverages are also prohibited due to liquor license restrictions. Mandurah Quay Resort reserves the right to confiscate any BYO alcohol found. This policy is to be adhered to at all times by all function guests, failure to ad-here to this policy will result in a nominal fee. Drinks on consumption for all functions is available based on a minimum spend amount, please discuss this with the Event Manager.

Dietary RequirementsSpecial meals for guests with specific dietary requirements are available at no extra charge. This includes guests with allergies or guests requiring vegetarian options. Please ensure your guest dietary requirements are given to the Event Manager 14days in advance at a minimum as individual dietary requirements cannot be catered for on the day. Due care and diligence will be given to guests with dietary requirements relayed to the Event Manager, please ensure all information is accu-rate and specific as Mandurah Quay Resort will not take responsibility for any inaccurately communicated information.

ResponsibilityMandurah Quay Resort does not accept responsibility for damage or loss of any of the client’s or their guest’s property left prior to, during or after the function. Organisers are responsible financially for any damage or loss that may be caused to the property of Mandurah Quay Resort.

AccommodationPlease be aware any accommodation rooms booked in your name become your responsibility and liability unless other-wise allocated. Please advise your guests that as a courtesy to our other guests no excessive noise will be permitted after 10.00pm. Should an in-house guest become disgruntled and leave the premises you will be liable to cover the costs of their accommodation, in the event that we have to refund or discount the rate to any other guests. Mandurah Quay Resort has a 48-hour policy for any cancellations. For any long weekends and Peak Season the cancellation policy is four weeks. Failure to give notice will result in one nights’ accommodation being deducted from the credit card details provided or any deposits received forfeited.
