Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ is the perfect location for your next function or eventLocated on the Pool Deck, The Cabanas are well suited for groups of 15 – 80 people
(non-exclusive) or up to 250 people exclusive, and offer a relaxed, yet sophisticated
environment.
When booking a function, you will work closely with your dedicated coordinator to plan
each step of your function to ensure a successful and enjoyable experience.
The Cabana Cocktail function menu is designed to share; offering an array of canapes,
substantial items and platters for you to choose from. Chef sources WA’s freshest
seasonal produce prepared and cooked, using Sous Vide and charcoal cooking methods.

By Car
Located only 35 minutes North of the Perth CBD, the quickest route to The Marina is on the Mitchell Freeway using the Neerabup exit. The Marina provides ample free parking with ACROD bays.
By Public Transport
Train and bus services are close by with buses running down Ocean Falls Boulevard and train services leaving from Clarkson Station, just five minutes east of The Marina. Visit the Transperth website for further information on local bus and train times.
By Boat
The Marina, Mindarie floating jetties provide a secure and safe haven, with each jetty only accessible through a secure gatehouse, utilising a security tag system. Our Marina has a wave attenuator providing a calm water environment.

Cancellation of Bookings
Please note that all cancellations must be received in writing. Should you need to cancel your booking, please be aware that the following cancellation charges will apply.
• Cancellations received over 28 days prior to the booking date will get the deposit refunded.
• Cancellations received less than 28 days prior to the booking date the deposit will be retained as an administration fee.
Final Numbers, Menu and Beverage confirmation
A deposit of $300 required at time of booking. Final numbers, menu and payment required 14 days prior to your event.
Closing times
Closing time is subject to the manager’s discretion on the day/evening.
Price Adjustments
Please note that prices quoted are current and are subject to change at the sole discretion of Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ.
Public Holidays
A 15% labour surcharge applies on public holidays.
Delivery and pickups
All deliveries must be approved in advance. All deliveries must arrive the day prior to the function and must be collected the following business day. Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ is not responsible for any loss or damage to items.
Room Allocation
Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ reserves the right to assign an alternative room for the function if numbers have been
reduced from the original booking, or other circumstances deem it necessary.
Noise Restrictions
Noise restrictions apply after midnight and sound levels are managed at the sole discretion of Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ.
External Food and Beverages
No external food and beverages may be brought into Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ. With the exception of Wedding and Birthday cakes which must be brought to our attention when booking.
Compliance
The organiser is responsible for all function guests to behave in an orderly manner obeying all applicable laws, including the Liquor Act and Health and Safety regulations.The Pavilion/ Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ management follows the responsible service of alcohol and as such reserves the right to refuse service to any patron deemed to be intoxicated. The Pavilion/Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ reserves the right to exclude or eject any objectionable persons from the venue or hotel premises without liability.
Reputation
If Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ has reason to believe that a booking will affect the smooth running, security or reputation of the business, it reserves the right to cancel the booking without liability.
Damages
The organiser is financially responsible for any damage or theft inflicted on Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ by the organiser’s guests, subcontracted labour, invitees or persons attending the function.
Confetti and rice are not permitted in any area of the Hotel or Resort.
Displays / Decorations
No article is to be nailed, screwed, stapled or adhered to any wall, door or other surface or part of the building. We do not allow any obscene or offensive decorations. All decorations and styling must be brought to the attention of the coordinator for approval.
Basis of Agreement
Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ to complete same, but is subject to labour troubles, dispute strikes or picketing, accidents, Government (Federal, State or Local) Requisitions, restrictions upon travel, transportation of goods or supplies, availability of food, beverages or other supplies, and other causes, whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond the control of Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ. In no event shall The Pavilion/ Cabana Pool Bar & BBQ be liable for the loss of profit or other similar or dissimilar collateral or consequential damages, whether based on breach of contract or otherwise. In no event shall Cabana Pool Bar and BBQ’s liability be in excess of the total amount of food and beverages contracted.
Payment
Deposit of $300 is required at time of booking, and full payment required fourteen (14) days prior to your event.
