MICHAEL JOHNSON

DIRECTOR, GROUP HEAD OF FUND SERVICES JERSEY

Michael is the Group Head of Fund Services and is responsible for continuingto grow and evolve Crestbridge’s overall funds proposition.

With more than 17 years’ experience in international financial services, Michaelwas previously Head of Fund Services in the Channel Islands for a large globaladministrator and was instrumental in developing the firm’s funds strategy .

Michael is a qualified person for the purposes of acting as a director ofregulated entities and has experience in this role on boards across thealternative asset classes but primarily Debt, VC, Growth, Buy-Out, Real Estate,Fund-of-Funds and Life Sciences. He is the Vice-Chair of the Jersey FundsAssociation and a Chartered Accountant.

ALEX LE QUESNE

DIRECTOR, FUND SERVICES, JERSEY

Alex leads our Real Estate Fund Services team and is responsible for its overallservice delivery to a wide variety of client structures.

Alex was previously a director of a corporate trustee which acts for bothregulated and unregulated property unit trusts, holding over £10bn assets intotal. He has over 13 years' experience in the finance industry, including time inboth the Real Estate and Corporate Finance sectors, having been employed bya major international bank. He has particular expertise in the negotiation andmanagement of transactions and his experience covers a broad range of realestate asset classes. Alex is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

ALEKSANDER JAKIMA

DIRECTOR, LUXEMBOURG

Aleksander joined Crestbridge in January 2019. During his career Alek hasgained his wide knowledge of UCITS and alternative structures during hiscareer in fund administration in various jurisdictions, spanning Luxembourg,Ireland, Italy and Poland. Alek has 13 years’ experience, through which he hasmanaged all the aspects of fund administration, as well as large migrationprojects.

Prior to joining Crestbridge, Aleksander was a Conducting Officer of two fundadministration companies in Luxembourg; a project manager responsible forsetting up operations outside of Luxembourg; large scale migration of funds;as well as a manager of fund administration teams in Ireland. He holds Masterof Finance degree.
