We hope that you will be able to take part in one or more of the many exciting events that we are offering this year and experience firsthand the pride we take in supporting our cause. Without the assistance of community-minded individuals just like you, we wouldn't be able to serve those in our community each year.This has given dress Me Up & M.M.C. the opportunity to sponsor this non-profit organization by hosting Jazz Fest in the Park. We are wanting to help them raise their goal and have a little fun at the same time. Children & Youth

These event will raise money for the TOPS AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM and Empowerment Center.

The after school programs wants to help up to 150 children each week Monday-Friday 3:30-5:45 with their after school program. This is not just a place where your child just come and sit but a place where they can learn and grow.We will offer several different activities and programs.

GED Programs: Help assist youth and adults with helping the get a GED or High School Diploma

Tutor Programs: This will allow honor students to help supervise students in their homework. This will also be a mentoring program for other students that are older and achieving their goals to help the younger children to do the same.

Extra Activities

Zumba : Help keep the children active and fit this will be a 6 week program and will present it at the event.

Play: This will be a 6 week program that will allow the students and community to come together and host a play at one of our fundraisers.

Dance Group :This will be a 6 week program that will allow the students and community to come together and put on a dance show at one of our fundraisers.

Tops is not only a organization we are an empowerment center. We wanna help empower the children in our community to do bigger and better things with their lives, and become the adults we know they can be.

This money is a goal from the donation we will receive from local business in and around Dothan. We are asking for the donation listed above. We will be providing you with the booth, they will be made by the after school program and we are asking for local business for all materials that are needed for the booths to be built. In return we will give you a logo on the booth you help build, either it be with a cash or material donation. Each donation will be publicized in all publications we have for each event.

If you rent the booth this will allow you to advertise your business and bring your product out to the public. Each Booth will have to decorate their booth with the them we are having. You will also be entering a booth contest that will allow you to have a free booth of any one of the event we have planned for the year.

Special GuestWe will allow a time for each Special guest to get up and

make a presentation at each event.

We also would like to allow a time for each person that has helped up make the event possible to make a small speech or awareness of their cause. Because if not for you this event could not be possible

So please come help us have a fun time.

We would like Local High School Bands and Dance Studios in the surrounding areas to play as our guest entertainment at all events. Each group that volunteers their time will receive something from our sponsors and receive an invite and two tickets per person to all events and fundraisers threw out the year.

TOPS fundraising events and banquets will help local business and several different agency with advertising and helping raise money for several different organizations.

Each event will have 20 available spots for local business and local people in the community. With these booth we do ask for a donation to help host the event.

We will also offer 5 different booths in a separate area for different organizations in and around Alabama to get their word out. These spots are available with no donation.

Dress Me Up & MMC is hosting a fundraiser for The Ordinary People Society to help

raise funds for the services they offer our community.

The Ordinary People Society services support communities nationally with:

Housing the homeless

Assisting battered woman

Providing After-school to high-risk youth

Relationship Workshops

Outreach ministry

Radio program

Feeding the hungery with Momma Tina's Soup Kitchen.

Booth’s We are hoping to get the local contractors, lumber yards,Lowe’s,

and Home Depot to get involved to donate their time or materials for each booth. We are needing 10 booths for each event. These booths will only need to be made once because we will reuse each booth at the events. Whom ever donates the booths will receive notice in all events we will throw. This will also be consider as a cash donation.This cost will be a one time cost if we are to buy the materials it cost $100-150.00 10 booths totaling $1000-$1500 to build,by asking for donations for materials we can cut cost.

The business or person who has a booth will be responsible to decorate their own booth. This also goes for the ones who have a table we will supply the table you need but it is up to you to supply your own display.

Game Booth We have a list of games that we would like our local

business help sponsor. Each sponsor will be ask to make a donation for a palette of toys that consist of 500-200 toys we will be using for the prizes at each game booth.

Each one cost $150.23 from liquidation wholesale. This donation will help us not have to spend the extra cost and give children a way to play and win.

Each business that sponsors a game booth will receive a logo and publication of all donations in all out announcements for the events.

TOPS Jazz Fest in the Park 1920’s Booth Creative Contest.

Each Booth and Table will need to decorate your booth or with the theme.

The booth’s that are entered in the event will compete for a free booth rent in our next event and publication for being the winner of TOPS Jazz Fest in the Park Booth Creative Contest.

Jazz Dance Your Pants Off Contest

Please keep your dance style and music with the theme, at 10 min max. For a chance to win a award and different prize donated from local business in our committee. Publication for being the winner of TOPS Jazz Fest in the Park Dance Your Pants Off contest.

Best Dressed of 1920

Let’s have a reason to get dressed up and have a little fun at the same time.This is a costume contest where we ask our guest to register in our Best Dressed of 1920 and show use their best oldest look for a chance to win prizes, and a chance to have a spot in our fashion show held on May 2.2014.

If you choose to use the kitchen you will have to donate 20% of your sale for the cost of gas and electricity.

10 Merchant and Crafts Booths $125.00The donation for the spot/booth will go to all after school programs that are held for the children and youth and

8 Merchant and Crafts Table’s

The donation for the spot/booth will go to all after school programs that are held for the children and youth and empowerment program. If you have a Merchant or Craft booth we would like for you to have games for the kids can play. Prizes will be supplied by our sponsors.

If you have a table we would like for you to have a goody bags, this will be donated by our sponsors and your business..

1920’s Booth Contest If you decide to join us and have a booth you are

to supply everything you will need, you are to stick to the theme of the event which is in with the Festive Month the theme is Mardi Gras in the 1920’s.You will be held to put up and take down everything you have youed for your display.

So please come out and help support and advertise your business all at the same time with us, by grabbing one of our 20 booth and table we will have available. We are asking for a small donation for the booth. If you Sale items at your booth you are required to give 10% to the park, this is the agreement they require to use the park.

The donation you give to T.O.P.S. for your booth will go to the event and services they hold for our community. We are thankful for your business to help us support a good cause for our community.

We would like for local Dance Schools and groups in Dothan and surrounded area to come enter the Jazz Dance your Pants Off Contest.

$5.00 per person donation!

$20.00 for group of 5 and $3 per person after.

This donation and other offers will be part of the cash prize to the winner at the end of the event.

EventsDress Me Up ContestThis event will allow ages 8-18 to dress up in the silliest

costume they can come up with. Keep all costumes age appropriate for the community.You can enter by yourself or with a group. This allows you the opportunity to express your self in a positive and fun way.

Creative Booth ContestDecorate your booth in a fun and silly way. The booth

who gets the most tickets dropped in their jar will win a free booth at the next event. So let see what yall can come up with, keep in mind we all need a laugh.

GamesEach game will require a token and all donations for

tokens will be donated evenly to each Organization that has joined the event.

Street Fashion ShowAll ages will show the latest fashion from the local

boutiques in our surrounding areas.

Games:Belly Ball

Pass This is where 4 people try to pass the ball down the field with just your bellies. The first one across wins.

Treasure Hunt You

We will have a list of 20 things that is hidden within the park. They can be at the booths or tables or just in plain sight. You will have to come up with 10 out of them 20. Some of these items will require a token. Each token is received when you play a game, purchase something from any of our booths or make a donation. Each ticket you buy is worth two tokens for this game, you can get two free items.At the end of the tresure hunt you will have to put the clues together and guss what it is. And the person or group that guess it correctly will win a Prize and a 2 tickets to our next event.

Potato sack racing

This is a two player game you will have to race down the field in a big sack. The first one to get to the end will win the Game.

Don’t drop the Egg

2 player game you will have to pass a egg to one another across the field. The first one to get to the end will win.

Minute to Win it Game ~

Floatacious You have to try to keep 5 soda cans steady on a plate floating in a bowl of water you for 30

seconds.

Cup Stacking\Stacking 36 cups in a pyramid and then back down into a single stack. The Ferrari came the

closest to conquering this one in one minute.

Bite Me This is a three person game. One person has a kleenex box takep to their back and the two other teammates try

to get 6 paper bags in the box with just it mouth, by biting the paper bags with their hand behind their back.

Junk in the Trunk.This one was hilarious! With a kleenex box strapped around the waist, the participants

had to try to get out the 8 ping pong balls just by movement. It was really funny to watch! We laughed

so hard that it was difficult to keep the game going!

Keep it Up. In this game, the 4 kids have to blow a feather across the room into a bucket. Only The Ferrari was able to do it successfully.

Models Dress Me Up & M.M.C. Fashion Show

We are asking people and business in our community to register in our event as models.

Models will be required to pay a fee of$55 to enter. This fee will cover everything they will need for this event. This will also receive a photo shoot for our catalog that get’s printed every year.

The models that have won prizes in other

events we will hold this year will receive a guest spot in this event.

SponsorsYou can also get local people or business in our

community to sponsor you at the event. This will help you with the cost of entry fee.

6/14/2014 Flip Flops in the Park $5 Donation

This event will offer local business and the community to donate for a booth to advertise and sale small items for the summer. We would like to have a summer shake booth contest, and a summer on the beach fashion show with local boutiques to donate their styles for the fashion show. % different retails and 6 Different sets of clothing.

7/4/2014 Fourth Of July in the Park $5 Donation This event will offer the community to come help us celebrate the fourth of july. Have fun play games and enter in the events we have planned. We will have booth’s available and Guest speaker from a charity to bring awareness of their cause.We would like to hold a Independence Day Booth Contest. This Independence we would like to go with the first Independence Day of 1776, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

This event will honor friends that go beyond the call of friendship.Each person that wants to honer will need to pay a registration fee of 35$ or this event. Rent out booths to local boutiques and people in the community who would like to sale their crafts and other things for the summer. We will have 3 different contest for this event, and activities for all the children.

8/16/2014 CAR Wash

Set up 3 different locations in the area and wash cars. Get local business to help sponsor the car wash.

9/7/2014 Grandparents Day $5 Donation

GrandParent’s are free for the day. This event is to honor all grandparents who go above and beyond the circumstances with their families. We would like for local beauty and nail salons along with a massages to offer at this event. This day is to honor all Grand Parents with a day full of pampering and entertainment.
