Concept

FUSION MESOTHERAPY is a new concept in non-invasive aesthetic medicine. A new mesotherapyapproach based on breakthrough systems and products.

Fusion mesotherapy (needle-free) is a radiofrequency (RF) based device. It enhances the transdermaltransport of topical products, through the epidermis to the dermis. The radiofrequency (RF) producesa cellular electroporation reducing the permeability of the skin and opening cellular pores. At thesame time the radio-frequency (RF) increases the skin temperature of 2 to 4ºC to stimulate thecollagen synthesis and skin tightening.

Fusion mesotherapy (with needle), consists in combining sub-cutaneous injector (conventionalmesotherapy MESO-PEN device) and the radiofrequency (RF) device. This technique improves theeffectiveness of injected products and the results. Concept

FUSIONMESOTHERAPY NEEDLE FREE:

"Needle-free" FUSION " is without doubt offering all the advantages in non-invasive and painless skinrejuvenation: safety, efficency, easy to operate, cost-effectiveness, immediate and long-lastingresults.It enhances the transdermal transport of topical products, through the epidermis to thedermis. Concept

FUSIONMESOTHERAPY WITH NEEDLE:

Fusion mesotherapy is a synergy of 2 techniques: mesotherapy and radiofrequency (RF) producingelectroporation (cellular permeability) and heat. The effectiveness of subcutaneous injections areimproved by a higher product dissemination in the tissues and a higher cellular transfer. The sideeffects of mesotherapy are also reduced. This technique can be applied for face and body. A clinicalstudy was performed on lipolysis by mesotherapy vs fusion mesotherapy showing interesting resultsand offering in a short future similar results as lipo-lasers or plastic surgery.- A reduction of 50% ofthe side effects including oedema, pain bruises.

- Ultrasound images show a hyperrecogenesis more homogeneous as an expression of highereffectiveness and dissemination.

- In histopathology, the sections show varying degrees of subcutaneous cell tissue damage. There isreversible (hydropic, balloon-like degeneration) and irreversible (fat necrosis with lipogranulomaformation) cell damage. In all cases, there was a higher effect of fat cellular lysis on the side, treatedby Fusion Mesotherapy.

Technology

Fusion Mesotherapy is a Radio Frequency device. It emits pulsed radio frequencies at different

intensities (from 600 volts to 2200 Volts) and frequency (from 0,5 MHz to 1,5 Mhz) depending on

treatment. These electromagnetic pulses are producing a transitory structural perturbation of lipid

bilayers membrane of cells also called “electroporation”. Channels are opened on the cellular

membrane of the cells permitting the products to be introduced through the skin by transcellular

pathway and also reach the heart of the cells.

Many publication and clinical studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of electroporation for

transdermal delivery. It's also used in RNA vaccine to increase cellular transfer and immune response,

cancer tumor treatment by electro chemotherapy, gene therapy etc.

Technology

In Fusion Mesotherapy with needle the product is injected and the radio frequencies are applied at

the same time. The consequence is that much more products diffuse into the cells and is

disseminated more evenly into the tissue (muscle or fat tissue). The product is acting directly and

In Fusion Mesotherapy without needle the product is applied over the skin and diffuses through the

deep epidermis during the treatment. 24 to 48 hours after the treatment the products will continue to

diffuse to the dermis by the blood vessels. The treatment is effective for superficial skin & low quantities

of product is reaching the dermis. Tests have been performed with Indian Ink to track the products

and the diffusion to confirm the effectiveness of the device.

Protocols

FUSION MESOTHERAPY WITH MESO-PEN (NEEDLE)

1-Prepare the solution to be injected and put the syringe on the Meso-Pen

2- Introduce the parameters on the meso-pen (quantity of product to inject on each point and injection depth)

3- Clean the area to be treated first with the cleanser and with alcohol

4- Connect the Fusion Mesotherapy device to the meso-pen

5- Inject the whole area

6- When done clean with alcohol.

7- Apply a collagen matrix & a cream
